- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most rooms $18.00 room. $25.00 for limited stairs residential only. We will move requested furniture for $10.00. Hallways only $5,00 additional. We specialize in sectional couches and area rugs Traffic areas are included in the cleaning, pet stains can be an additional $10.00 if extra cleaning products are needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To call the customer and give them a bid if requested, answer any questions they may have, also let them know we are the most inexpensive for quality work AND OUR WORK IS GUARANTEED. Our goal is to make our customers happy.
