Hi, my name is Albert and I own Pacific Shores Carpet Care. I was born and raised in San Diego all my life. I take a great deal of pride in my customer service skills and work ethic. The way I see it is if you provide a good service at a good price everything else will fall into line. My 10 years of experience in the field lives up to that. I feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful city and have so many great personal and business relationships. I wouldn't change a thing!

We had a stain in our carpet that other carpet cleaners tried to get out, but Alberto was successful in removing the stain, we are delighted that we did not have to patch the carpet. Alberto was very reasonable and prudent. He came to repair the carpet and discovered another problem that was not discussed upon the agreed price. It would have cost me more to repair the carpet but he decided to go with the agreed quote. I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Also I am very happy with the work.
