- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on: • Location • Type of documents • Urgency (standard vs. rush vs. same-day) Rush and same-day service is available for an additional fee. You’ll always receive clear pricing upfront — no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick message or call. You send me the documents and the service address. For urgent or same-day requests, I prioritize scheduling immediately. After service is completed, I provide a signed Proof of Service promptly so you can file it with the court. Clear updates are provided throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on work in process serving, handling Small Claims, Family Law (including FL-300), civil cases, and eviction documents. I stay informed about California service requirements to ensure documents are served properly and accepted by the court.
