Introduction: We're an authentic Texas style BBQ that has been catering to all San Diego county businesses and private members. We're approved caterers for Qualcomm for the past 15 years. We do full-service buffet type catering on-site or off-site (beaches, businesses or homes). Our specialty is the beef brisket, pork shoulder and chicken that have been smoked in our custom made smoker from Texas in our own facilities. Let's not forget our fabulous homemade side dishes from coleslaw to chili and beans.
