I hired Jackie for my Christmas Party of 25 guest. Jackie showed up on time and was dressed in uniform. She was very professional and friendly! She found her way around my kitchen very quickly and did not need direction of what to do. It was obvious that Jackie knew what she was doing from start to finish! I was able to enjoy the evening with my guests! Jackie was wonderful! I highly recommend Jackie and will be using her services again!

Let me start off by saying Jackie is the best wedding coordinator on Thumbtack!! My wedding coordinator canceled on me just 3 months before my wedding and luckily Jackie had room in her busy schedule to help me with month of wedding coordination. From day one Jackie was prepared and knew exactly how to help my wedding run smoothly. Jackie was very professional and cheerful in all of our meetings and I love her uplifting attitude. She helped run the wedding rehearsal in addition to the day of coordination and it all went very well! She did a great job coordinating with the vendors and getting everything done on time during the wedding. We highly recommend Jackie if you want less stress on your wedding day for a smooth and professional wedding experience!

Our bartenders for our reception were absolutely incredible. Total lives of the party and everyone loved them. They worked so quick, never had a line but never made you feel rushed. Dominique and Anje elevated the night, felt like friends were behind the bar, they always were looking out for me and my wife, to check in, drop a shot on our table, literally everything was perfect.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to accommodate all budgets for events & we do offer discounts for bookings not on the weekends. Otherwise, we offer so many different services that a consultation is always recommended before booking. We are best contacted by email which can be located on our website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visit our website! Or email Jackie @ thesocialeventplanner com send us this info: Name: Date of event: Type of event: Location of event: Estimated # of guests: Budget: and as much detail as you possibly can! We can set up a phone consultation once we have these details and go from there. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm PST
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my work comes from experiences, although I am fully licensed and insured. I own a catering business & have a food manager certification. I have a certification in graphic design so I am able to create stationary & professional graphics for events. I have also taken many floral design courses as well as multiple online event planning seminars & workshops.
