Dmitry came to my , did a thorough evaluation and spent a lot of time explaining various options for a new HVAC system. He provided two quotes using the very top OS the line equipment, a second option using equipment that almost was the same as the top manufacturers but at a significant reduced price that offered a great value. I had three contractors quote the full install , including removing the old wall furnace, ductwork etc. I they arrived on time and completed the install in one day, including drywall repair. Professional, punctual, great value, I highly recommend Stable Air.

Ivan from Stable Temp serviced the AC unit at our new home and fixed a bunch of glaring issues that were identified during the general home inspection. The tech was knowledgeable and highly proficient at his work. Ivan also diagnosed problems with our Nest thermostat and replaced the burned-out parts to make the unit functional again. Furthermore, it was easy to work with Ana, who helped schedule the appointments. Overall, very pleased with the excellent service from Ivan and Ana!

Found them on Thumbtack 2 years ago and I'm a returning customer (got 2 jobs done by them already). For the 3rd job, it was brand new heat pump and AC system installation. Trevor made the process so smooth and was very diligent in following up and finding the right system that fit in the physical dimensions requirements I had in my backyard. Trevor also made sure the system indeed qualified for tax credits on heat pump systems. They also quoted the least amount compared to 3 other companies I worked with. I highly recommend this company

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly labor charge - $85/h per service person.
5% discount for military, senior citizens & repeat customers.
Complimentary smart thermostat, UV light purification system, or compressor sound blanket with complete system change out.
Financing available through Go Green Financing and Affirm.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to the customer's residence for a short visual survey to discuss available options and to avoid the element of surprise.
Then we provide a detailed binding estimate that outlines the scope of work and description of the equipment to be installed with model numbers and supportive literature. The estimate is good for 14 days.
Upon approval, we collect a deposit, order the equipment, and schedule the service date and time.
On the scheduled date our crew arrives and gets to work.
Upon completion, we clean up after ourselves and test the equipment to ensure proper operation.
After the test, we educate the customer on how to properly operate and maintain the equipment and then collect the remaining balance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our techs and installers have 5+ years of hands-on experience working on a wide range of HVAC equipment including central HVAC systems, heat pumps, split systems, water-source systems, gravity furnaces, PTAC units, packaged units, etc.
We hold a C20 trade license in the State of California and Universal EPA certification.
Completed various classes on service and installation of modern HVAC equipment.
Certified to install American Standard and Trane variable speed high-efficiency HVAC equipment.
