- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on size/quantity and design. Simple designs would be less because they take less time, more elaborate designs are a bit more expensive as they take more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask what the customer would like and how many they expect to serve. Then I will try to fit their idea with their serving amount and their budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken food prep classes and cake decorating, blown sugar, chocolate and a host of various other classes. I also teach how to decorate, kids & adults.
