Introduction: I listen to what you want to do with your computer and provide a customized solution, often several possible solutions, that will fit into your budget and time constraints. I treat my clients like equals. I do not look down on them for not being as good with computers, as they often do lots of other things that I can't. And I'm very happy to teach them whatever they would like to learn about their computer. I always make sure to leave a job only when the customer has a usable computer. When needed I work well past business hours if a working computer is vital to the next days business.
