I use a time and materials schedule of $45.00 per hour plus materials costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a service so my first goal is to find out exactly what is being requested. Details are everything and communication is the only way to discover those details. Typically I begin the process of establishing a relationship with new customers by listening to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several Microsoft Certifications as well as being an experienced technical instructor. I have been working with computers since the very first home PCs were available. I have over 15 years working experience in the field of technology and prior to that I worked in the construction industry. During my time in the U.S. Air Force I was an electronics technician.
