Jag and his team were so easy to work with and highly skilled. Every detail of the (2) bathroom remodel was handled, down to the floor staggering placements. The designer missed the details that Jags' team did not miss. Jag was incredibly responsive and his price was straightforward and competitive. We are still using Jag for other issues around our house. Choosing Jag for your project is a sound decision.

Jag did an outstanding job remodeling my laundry room. We presented him with our vision (several pictures and planning meeting) and he made it happen with excellent detail. He provided a detailed quote following our meeting. Jag and his team were understanding and flexible when there were delays due to parts being delivered. Additionally, his crew was quick to pick up any supplies outside the scope of the job to make sure the job was done correctly. Jag was quick to return calls and texts as well as schedule return times to complete the job. Jag's contracting crews were clean, respectful, punctual, and skilled. when it comes to remodels, no job ever goes perfectly and there are going to be some mistakes or confusion. What I really like and value about Js Innovation (Jag), is that unlike most contractors, he frequently showed up to check on his team's progress, ask about any changes, concerns, and quickly made any necessary changes/corrections. He communicates well and is easy to talk to. His crews also communicated well with us and jag about aby concerns or bumps in the road. In short, I am very satified with the final product, customer service, communication, craftsmanship, flexibility, and job management. The pricing was fair and made sense. I highly recomend him for remodels and other contracting jobs. I have decided to give him first bid on our master bathroom remodel and future kitchen remodel.

Jag and team met or exceeded every aspect of my bathroom addition. More than just a remodel, they helped me navigate city permits, drill new plumbing thru 12” of concrete in my residential condo complex foundation, move walls, install a new toilet, and tile a beautiful shower. This project has completely transformed our place and the quality of work is just beautiful. I highly recommend JS Innovative.
