- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a BS from a 4 year college before deciding to expand my culinary knowledge with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. I regularly research current diets, recipes, and trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up always sitting down to eat dinner as a family. I have many treasured memories as a young child helping bake cookies, make soup, and experimenting with different recipes. After graduating from college and working through a few unfulfilling jobs, I decided to get back to what I loved. Culinary school opened the doors to some options other than the typical restaurant job, so I became a Personal Chef to bring the joy of food to my clients!
