- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the type of service requested but upgrades are definitely a factor (I.e. Airbrush, false lash application).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my clients prior to any event so that we can collaborate and discuss in detail what exactly they expect and how I can achieve that for them. If a face to face meeting is not possible, a phone call or text is just fine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my esthetics and makeup artistry training from Bellus Academy in San Diego.
