Madeline was so amazing to work with!!! From the very beginning of our communication, she was super thorough and ready to make sure our event would run as smooth as possible! She asked all of the right questions and was happy to hop on the phone to chat through any specifics we needed to cover. On the day of the event, I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing!!!! She followed my day of itinerary to a tee and handled everything seamlessly! I felt like part of my brain was just running around the event with her there 🤣 and I really just didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped with every single thing we discussed as the exact timeline we discussed and helped us stay on track. Our event was our wedding reception and I feel like a lot of people aren’t able to really enjoy the day because of everything going on but Madeline made sure we could and I could not be more thankful for her and all of her hard work!!!

Madeline was attentive, gracious and most of all detailed oriented. She calmly made sure my instructions were followed to the tea, was in constant communication and remained through to the end of the event. I commend her professionalism.

Madeline was the event planner and coordinator for my father-in-law's 70th birthday party. She was extremely professional and organized and very easy to communicate with. Madeline was my wedding coordinator for my 25 person wedding in La Jolla this June, 2023. She was so helpful in the month leading up to the event, and met with me to plan and go over final details. She made sure I had all the necessary information ready and helped point out some small but important details I had not thought of. In the lead up and day of the event, Madeline was super communicative and responsive in letting me know what was needed and how everything was going. She assisted with venue set up, rehearsal of the ceremony, music coordination, guest and vendor management, and venue tear down. My wedding went SO SMOOTHLY and I know it is in huge part to Madeline’s professionalism, responsibility, and detail orientation. Many of our guests even commented on how great she was! I would highly recommend booking Madeline to make your day a success with less stress!
