- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Standard Pricing system is: Adventure Pack Walk - $21 Adventure Pack Walk 2 Dogs - $33 All Day Pack Walk/Daycare - $33 Half Day Daycare - $24 1 Hour Private Walk - $22 30 Min Private Walk - $17 Potty Break - $10 Staycation - $50/night Extended Staycation - $45/night Deployment Staycation - $35/night Clients that schedule 4 or more services weekly receive a discounted rate. We offer referral, birthday, and new clients discounts as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Dog Tired San Diego starts off with a brief Meet & Greet with the potential client. We make sure that we're the best fit for your furry pal. We go over our rates, different services, what makes us different from the rest, and a background on why we love what we do! We meet your pup and if everyone is good to go, we receive a key or discuss an alternative way to pick up your dog. Then the best part we bring your pup out on pack adventures with us and the real fun begins! We invoice our clients bi-weekly after services have been rendered. We accept a variety of payments including: credit card, cash, check, bank transfers, PayPal and Venmo.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dog Tired San Diego has years and years of experience working with dogs, rescues, and packs. We have worked with dog trainers and behaviorists alike.
