- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for military personnel and seniors. We also provide flexible pricing options to accommodate different budgets and situations. Furthermore, we are proud to run the "1 Dollar Job Initiative" for individuals and families in San Diego who are experiencing financial hardship and are in dire need of plumbing services. Through this initiative, eligible customers living below the poverty line are charged only $1 for our labor, and we cover the cost of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation when a customer contacts us about a plumbing issue. We then conduct a thorough on-site assessment to diagnose the root cause of the problem, whether it's a leak, clog, root intrusion, or worn-out pipes. Based on our findings, we explain the situation clearly to the customer and propose the most effective solution, such as trenchless epoxy pipe lining or pipe bursting. Once the plan and pricing are approved, our skilled technicians perform the repair work efficiently. We conclude with a final review to ensure the problem is fully resolved and the customer is completely satisfied with our service.
