This was a same day call and Elite was quick to respond and was in my condo within a couple of hours. Omar was very nice and he explained to me the possible cause of the clog on my sink. He attempted to snake it twice and was able to free up the line. He also replaced my guest bathroom shower diverter. I would definitely call and hire them again if I ever needed something done related to plumbing. And they give Military discount too which is a plus. Thanks Omar!

We had an upstairs kitchen drain that was clogged in a rental unit. Stan tried snaking and when that did not work, we had to resort to a hydro jet. Three feet of in line grease was the culprit.

They came out to diagnose the issue for me at no cost and were very informative to much bigger plumbing issues I wasn't aware of. They insisted I go with someone that could assist with all the issues instesd of trying to charge me for anything they could. I have such respect for this company where building that trust is how I will be coming back when the right problem arises for them to fix.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Elite Rooter charges by the job not the hour so our clients know the price before we start and there are no surprises afterwards. Please ask about coupons that we often have for our drain cleaning services. We always offer 15% discounts for our seniors, military and educators. Coupons/discounts cannot be combined.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule same day appointments as needed or we can schedule at a time and date that works best for you. Once scheduled you will get a call from our technician when they are on their way to your home/business. Upon arrival the technician will diagnose the plumbing problem, communicate with you possible solutions and then if approved by you, the technician will start the work. We do not charge any trip fees and other hidden costs. All estimates are complimentary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Elite Rooter is a state licensed, full service, plumbing company. This means that we have to maintain industry standards to stay licensed. All of our technicians are experienced plumbers, with years of in the field knowledge and are certified. We believe in constant education and training. We have training sessions at our office 3 times a week where we discuss and train on all aspects of plumbing so we can provide a truly Elite experience to our clients.
