- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both fixed-price project quotes and time-and-materials pricing, depending on the type and scope of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the customer’s needs, project goals, and any existing issues to get a clear understanding of the scope of work. From there, we schedule an on-site visit if needed, provide a clear estimate or proposal, and communicate the recommended solution. Once approved, we complete the work professionally, safely, and efficiently while keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Our goal is to make the experience straightforward, reliable, and stress-free from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program and earned my Journeyman Electrician certification through the State of California. I also hold a California C-10 Electrical Contractor License. My training and hands-on field experience include both commercial and residential electrical work, with a strong focus on safety, code compliance, troubleshooting, and quality workmanship.
