- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer senior and military discounts of 10% for labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing their projects over the phone or by text. I set up a visit, and perform the work if it’s possible to do right away. If it has to be scheduled, I work with them to pick the best day and time. All materials are purchased before the job begins to avoid trips during the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed a four year apprenticeship at Associated Builders and Contractors. Graduated in 2009 from San Diego City College My training has been through years of residential and commercial work as a service electrician, maintenance electrician, and lighting technician. I have worked in new construction, as well as remodeling.
