always honest to walk thru and explain everything that will be done try to go thru and see options before we meet so there is no surprises so we know estimate sometimes in person quote is needed but sometimes charge try not to able to work with customer see if we can come to agreement never do bad work always professional electrical work done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
explaining work that will be done will walk them through the work iam doing jam honest dont rip people off so like showing them what's going on
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 year program cover all aspects of electrical still going thru it to take the state certification mostly hours
