- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rates listed on my profile all include a one hour session at one location with a guarantee of 45+ edited images returned to you via online gallery within 3 to 5 business days. I do require a 25% deposit to hold your date when booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are many different way to start the new client process. One of which is through private message where I would love to hear what my clients looking for & I will respond within the first 24 hours with all the important details. From here, if it seems like a good fit for both parties, I like to offer a phone call just to confirm all details. After which, if the client would like to move forward, I do require a 20% non-refundable to hold the date. Then, we are all set for the upcoming session!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own business, I was doing photography courses over the period of 5 years. I was always the kid with a camera in my hands and I guess I never grew out of it! I continue to learn and search for opportunities to do so. Photography is always changing & I want to evolve with it.
