I normally don’t write many reviews but with Ryan I just had to write it. Ryan and his team worked for garage epoxy at our home. Due to CV19 we were stuck in a different city and we wanted to get the project done at the earliest possible. We talked to Ryan on phone and gave him lockbox code and our schedule. They finished the epoxy in our garage while we were not even in town. We were little skeptical initially that our project may suffer both in quality and schedule since we were not there in town. But with Ryan and his team it was completely different. This is a very professional and a honest set of individuals who one will deal with. They do not have to be micromanaged and are very professional with their commitments and schedule. We were very happy with their work and could see they had put lot of thought on minute details and the quality of work was just “Awesome”! I am so glad that we got to have our garage done with him.
We highly recommend Ryan for any of your garage epoxy needs, you won’t regret!

Ryan and his crew were great to work with and the floor turned out spectacular. We did a mixed metallic epoxy in a 5000 sf wind shop and it is easily most impressive feature of the interior design.
When part of the floor started to raise up do to the movement of the subfloor beneath months later, Ryan re poured that section of the floor to fix it as well as other small repairs that other contractors may have not felt it was their responsibility. It was clear from the beginning that Ryan loves what he does and wants the floors to look great.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing usually varies within every project. We do our best to give the most fair estimate to all of our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very strict process when meeting with our customers for the first time. Once we are requested to visit with the customer for a meeting about their project we will request that we walk the entire job to fully understand our scope. Once this process is finished we will provide a written estimate within 24 hours of the walkthrough. The agreement of terms will be detailed in a written contract between CreekStone and the customer. The service is immediately scheduled and the customer will usually have to wait no longer than 14 days to begin installation. The installation will be followed up with a phone call from our customer service department and a letter provided for feedback.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CreekStone is consistently providing ongoing education and training for our employees. It is important that we are safe and clean while providing excellent customer service.
