- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a wide variety of options and packages for our fantastic couples. We believe that booking a Photographer or Videographer shouldn't be overwhelming but simple and easy to understand!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always starts with the initial phone call to either myself or my partner in crime Christie. During the phone call we get basic details, when? what? where? and who, answer any questions you may have and if you want to take the next step we invite you down to the studio and we can go over your special day.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All sort of couples, from all types of backgrounds and life experiences. We have seen a variety its hard to remember it all!
