I spent over 10 years in IT, most recently as a Technical Operations Engineer at Google, and before that as a Mac systems administrator at Ohio State University. I’ve supported everyone from engineers to people who just want their email to work. Now I bring that same experience to homes and small businesses in San Diego. I specialize in: - Setting up new computer (macOS, WIndows, Linux, ChromeOS), phones/tablets (iPhones and Android) - Making your accounts more secure with password managers, two-factor login and backups - Getting started with note-taking software + personal knowledge management (Obsidian or your preferred app_ - Setting up a task manager - Building simple, effective daily workflows - Spreadsheet help (templates, formulas, structure, automation basics) My approach is simple: - Listen to what you need - Explain things in plain language - Set everything up properly - Leave you with tools and habits you can actually use No jargon unless you ask for it, no judgment, and no rushing. I’m not here to impress you with technical wizardry. I’m here to make your tech work for you. I take privacy seriously. I only access what you explicitly allow, I don’t store your information, and you’re in control the entire time. I live in Bankers Hill and work in person across central San Diego, with remote help available too.
