The DP Painting team went above and beyond and they certainly checked all the boxes. They had it all…value; professionalism; quick to respond, always answered my many questions promptly and professionally; value/affordable; quality work; respectful and kind…I could go on. I was pleased to get an immediate response to my project. David came by the very next day to take a look at what I needed done. His office quickly followed with a quote, which I found very affordable. They also quickly circled back to me to schedule it. They showed up on time, David introduced me to his team, and they quickly got started. I had a bathroom that needing some texturing and painting, two new interior doors needing painting, and a bedroom in much need of new paint. They completed the project in one day, which surprised me. The paint job was impeccable and they left everything nice and clean. I am asking them back for another project soon. I highly recommend DP Painting. So glad I found them on Thumbtack.

I had a contract by the end of the same day! They just completed my work today and I'm THRILLED with the work they did. They cleaned everything up when they were done working. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price is fair and reasonable for the market we are in! We are probably not the cheapest but we do quality work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication! For us that is number one. We like to have everything in writing. We provide a contract and require 10% for booking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Ask about the work and how it will be done. Communication is great and you will not have any issues with a pro.
