I reached out to Doug on his website on a Sunday and finally heard back on a Wednesday. In his reply he asked if I still wanted the services I asked about in the initial inquiry. I confirmed and again noted the services I was looking for. He provided a fairly detailed answer and mentioned providing bimonthly visits. To me, this could be twice a month or once every two months. Since he ended his message with Please let me know if you have any other questions. . . I asked him to confirm whether he meant every two weeks or every other month. I noted that my preference was every other month. I received no reply nor have I received a reply from the two follow up emails since then. He doesnt have the common courtesy to reply. I am not interested in doing business with one who has no common understanding of courtesy. If he wasnt interested in service every two months he should have said so. Hes left another possible client hanging. What will he do if you actually sign an agreement with you? Leave you hanging? Im not taking that chance.
