Our Technician Josh was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. We had a mice issues and ever since Josh did his work, there hasn’t been any signs of mice so far. I’m optimistic the mice won’t be coming back anytime soon. I like that Josh came to us prepared and ready to work. Other contractors just came and skimmed through the house while Josh really went extra steps to look throughly around the house to investigate the issue. Overall, I’m very happy with the professionalism and expertise Doug’s Bug Company provided to us. Furthermore, there wasn’t any pushy-sales tactics or anything like that, which in my book, that’s how it should be. A+++
I'm so glad I called these guys! Doug's is my new go-to company. Danny did a VERY thorough inspection and put my mind at ease. I thought I had bedbugs, but I don't...thank God! Still a mystery why I was so itchy, but at least it's not a bug problem. Well worth the $75 for inspection. If I ever need an exterminator again, I'm calling Doug's Bug Co.
