Our Technician Josh was extremely helpful and full of knowledge. We had a mice issues and ever since Josh did his work, there hasn’t been any signs of mice so far. I’m optimistic the mice won’t be coming back anytime soon. I like that Josh came to us prepared and ready to work. Other contractors just came and skimmed through the house while Josh really went extra steps to look throughly around the house to investigate the issue. Overall, I’m very happy with the professionalism and expertise Doug’s Bug Company provided to us. Furthermore, there wasn’t any pushy-sales tactics or anything like that, which in my book, that’s how it should be. A+++

Dougs Bugs does a very thorough job of inspecting our house. I have been their customer for 3 years now. They take great care of me. The technicians are always nice and polite. Would not go anywhere else. I also like that they do not use harsh chemicals and Doug was super responsive

Great experience with Doug's Bug Company! They contacted me immediately late on a Friday and were able to get someone out to my place the very next day. I know that roaches aren't life threatening (so gross though) but their urgency and follow through was highly appreciated going into a holiday week!
