- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on which treatment the patient needs for their skin. Every month there's a new special - this month, I offer Microdermabrasion Facials for $59.99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultations are important, which is why I offer them for free. The patient will book an appointment and come in, and we'll talk about your skin concerns and skin goals. I will then recommend a treatment for you, and we'll do it then!
