Great experience! I had worked on building my fence and needed help with the gates. Despite me not doing the best job lining up my own posts, they were still able to make the gates look great. Not very often you get someone who’s willing to work with a project partially finished. Very thankful!

We needed replacement of 2 pieces of wood and shaving down on the bottom and side of our gate due to split wood and leaning of the gate. From the beginning thru the completion of the job, Jean Carlo was reliable, responsive, pulled me aside at every decision to be made to ensure we were on the same page. Who does that? Not many of the contractors I have dealt with! His quote was the price I paid, and I would 100% hire him again and recommend him to anyone needing fence or gate repair.

Jean did a great job with professionalism. We only replaced the part of fence and he replaced them with more durable and stable even though the old fence are already rotten. I think this is the best option he can do it for. And we agreed and we are surly satisfied with the job. and as other people say, He is very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend! Sent out a request for bids. Received a prompt response from Jean Carlo. He informed us that the fence couldn’t be saved - rotten posts and slats. Gave us honest quotes for both a wood replacement and a vinyl replacement. Ultimately we decided on a wood fence (vinyl is currently $75 a foot), which he and his team were able to complete in a day (that includes taking down the old fence, installing new posts, installing the fence and building and installing a new gate). Also gave us instructions for caring for fence to ensure the fence lasts as long as possible. Overall, the experience was seamless. Will more than likely work with him in the future to replace another gate. Thank you Jean Carlo!
