- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is tailor fit. We only have 3 ways of pricing. Hourly, Daily, or, Per Project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I receive the request for a quote. I either speak with the Prospect on the phone or set up a meeting to discuss future project details. I then either provide a verbal estimate or a formal estimate. I always believe in good communication and tailoring each job to the client's needs and wishes. When we get an order for a job, we usually have them sign a contract, then collect a deposit and agree on a start and projected finish date. I am in constant contact with my clients along the way of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in this line of work. I worked under several other Contractors doing different types of work and learned how to Contract on my own after going to school to obtain my General Contractor's license.
