Alpha Handyman Services were great. I hired them to repair an old collapsing fence at my house. They rebuilt it and it looks great. I got a fair price and they were flexible with me with regard to scheduling. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I had a fence blow down due to the heavy wind and rain in January. I contacted a few fence people for estimates as well as recommendations for building an entire new fence across my backyard as well as to repair the broken fence. Fred took time to thoroughly evaluate the fence and come up with some suggestions to discuss with me on the best way to approach the repair or replacement. I chose to have the entire fence replaced. Could not have been better. The work crew were neat and tidy and conscientious about their work. I would use Alpha again for other projects and would highly recommend them. Great people to work with and had my best interest in mind excellent excellent!!

Excellent job, completed exactly as quoted. Materials delivered to our residence by local major hardware outlet who advised that Alpha was a regular customer of theirs. Job delayed by weather, but Fred kept me informed the whole way. Fence (58') completed in about 8 hours including 2-hour wait for the cement to solidify. Good, knowledgeable crew. Cleaned up upon completion. Very professional, competent.

Fred of Alpha Handyman Services and his crew did a great job building two fences for my yard. If there was anything that I wanted corrected, Fred had it done right away to my satisfaction. I would recommend Alpha Handyman Services to others for this type of work. Also, they cleaned up all of their trash and debris when completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is tailor fit. We only have 3 ways of pricing. Hourly, Daily, or, Per Project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I receive the request for a quote. I either speak with the Prospect on the phone or set up a meeting to discuss future project details. I then either provide a verbal estimate or a formal estimate. I always believe in good communication and tailoring each job to the client's needs and wishes. When we get an order for a job, we usually have them sign a contract, then collect a deposit and agree on a start and projected finish date. I am in constant contact with my clients along the way of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in this line of work. I worked under several other Contractors doing different types of work and learned how to Contract on my own after going to school to obtain my General Contractor's license.
