- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will estimate any job, give a formal bid, or can negotiate to bill hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whatever works best for the customer. Initial contact through email, text or phone is fine to briefly describe what the customer needs, and then figure out a time that works best for the customer to meet them at the jobsite. Smaller or straightforward projects I can even estimate over the phone or through email if required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing construction for over ten years, attended classes at Contractor State License Schools, and hold a current and active class B General Building Contractor license with the state board.
