I have been the official fitness trainer of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for the last 15 years. I am the founder of Jay's Boot Camp Fitness. I've been on numerous TV shows to include 9 years on the CMT Reality Show, making the team, The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
