My specialty includes prenatal/postpartum fitness, weight-loss, chronic pain and stress relief, through exercise, for women.

    Make sure the fitness trainer is extremely knowledgeable about exercise and how it effects your changing pregnant body and the little life inside of you. What movements and activities are contraindicative to your body. Make sure your fitness trainer is well versed in corrective exercise to help you maintain proper posture and align throughout your pregnancy. Lastly, make sure your trainer takes the time to explain to you the possible changes you can expect during your pregnancy that will effect your ability to exercise. Your trainer should be able to suggest a varitey of alternative activities you can do to stay fit and active, if your body allows it.
