- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do. We have packages that range from to as low as $10 to as high as $125. This is all dependent on the demand of the event. We are capable of customizing menus and tailoring events to our customers needs, which is also taken into consideration with pricing. We do our best to meet the budget of every client that asks for our services. We are a company that likes to say "Yes". If your budget doesn't fit ours completely, we will work with you to ensure that we can still help with your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is setting up a time to speak with our new customer to fully understand their needs and check if they require any other services we provide. After, we run through all the details of their event, we will make a proposal that throughly explains all the detail we discussed, menu, and pricing. When the proposal is agreed to we begin the process of making sure we execute their event efficiently and without error. Contact is maintained through the entire process to ensure all parties are updated and pleased with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our head Chef, Chef Geoff, is a certified Chef de Cuisine by the American Culinary Federation and a food safety instructor. He has cooked in over 37 different countries for Admirals, Senators, Diplomates and many more high ranking officials.
