- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
There are two: One was a "VIP" wedding, and the happy couple and their guests are still raving about the food and service. We love it when guests love our food so much they take the time to tell us so. The other was a corporate lunch drop-off. The company feeds their staff every day, and the staff have indicated they've become bored w/ the options. We offered them fresh, delicious, good-for-them food. At first, they passed by the lunch room, but then they saw it was something different. In short time, they were coming back for seconds, and texting us their praise. We were thrilled to offer them something new and refreshing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The caterer you select is an important decision. The food is one of the main things your guests will remember. Select an experienced caterer, who has been in business for many years, and is recommended for great food & impeccable service for the important days of your life.
