Introduction: Personal Chef De Cuisine will shop, prepare, cook, establish a "healthy" breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for members of family, following etiquette and health standards.
We are not interested in "gigs" or few days' events. We prefer to work on a contractual basis or a long-term commitment.
The original interview will focus on the criteria for selecting ingredients based upon the likes, dislikes and related nutritional problems (if any) such as allergies, gluten sensibility, vegan adherence, ethnics, etc.
This is a very personalized cooking and dietary program for family members.
