I offer clear flat-rate pricing so customers don’t have to worry about hourly charges. Pricing depends on the type and number of items, and I’m always upfront with costs—no hidden fees. I recommend comparing prices from multiple professionals and taking the time to review both positive and negative feedback before making a decision. Please be aware that some professionals may quote higher rates, and if not selected, may question your choice or make unfavorable comments about others to win the job. It’s best to evaluate each option based on verified reviews, experience, and overall value rather than pressure or opinions about competitors.

I review the project details, confirm pricing and schedule, then arrive with tools, assemble everything, place items as requested, and clean up before finishing.
