6/15/26 UPDATE: I spoke with Hector, one of the managers, and he acknowledged that the service and communication by their technician should have been handled better and provided reassurance that the quality of their work and products can be trusted and if any additional issues arise to contact him to resolve. We had our opener replaced and the springs installed and the opener is now working as expected. It’s unfortunate that the technician didn’t do right by us but the management was willing to make things right and did.

6/13/26 They called quickly after submitting my request for estimate. The tech came out and told my husband that he can install a new garage door opener for $850. He mentioned the springs need to be replaced due to the weight of the door and they were worn. We passed because we were not prepared financially for this expense. A week and a half later the opener shook violently when pressed to open and stopped working. I called and asked for someone to come out to troubleshoot the problem since it was under warranty. The same tech came out and started arguing with my husband telling him he did him a favor by coming out as quickly as he did. That’s BS. Workmanship and unit were under warranty. It is your job to stand behind your work and products. I went out there and told him in addition to the springs, the motor for the opener is insufficient for our garage door as it is a glass door which is heavy. He installed a less than 1 hp opener so that contributed to the malfunction. He sold what was in his truck to get the sale not what was the appropriate item for our need. I spoke with the owner and he promised to make things right. We approved the installation of new springs and he would upgrade the opener at no charge. The tech came out with an attitude and I really wanted to tell him to take down the opener, give me a refund and kick rocks. He was pushy, arrogant and acted like a used car salesman. He did not build trust and I am not confident in his work. Wouldn’t recommend.
