We offer upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every job is quoted after a quick diagnosis so you know exactly what you’re paying before work begins. We also provide seasonal discounts and occasional promotions, such as 10% off when mentioned in ads or campaigns. Emergency and after-hours service may vary depending on timing and job complexity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or message to understand the issue. Then we schedule a convenient time for inspection or same-day service when available. Our technician diagnoses the problem, explains the solution clearly, and provides an upfront quote. Once approved, we complete the repair or installation on the spot whenever possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are trained in garage door systems, including mechanical repair, spring systems, openers, and installation procedures. We continuously update our training to stay current with new garage door technologies, safety standards, and manufacturer requirements.
