- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing may vary depending on the specifics of each projects for example square footage, clean concrete slab?, any May our cracks or chips? Is there an existing coating on the concrete slab? Size of raised concrete along the garage perimeter aka lip. Desired top coat? And what style the client is looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, so they know what they’re getting. We send an invoice once accepted we start the job on the desired date scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years working in Construction and I have a bachelors in art why I pay very close attention to detail.
