- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $60 per hour with a 2-hour minimum service charge ($120). I’ll always discuss pricing before starting any work, and there are no hidden fees. Larger or multiple projects can often be combined to provide better value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first discuss the project, ask a few questions, and request photos if needed. After understanding the job, I provide an estimate, schedule a convenient time, complete the work carefully, and make sure everything is clean and working properly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience with home repairs, furniture assembly, TV mounting, fixture installation, drywall repair, and general handyman services. I continue learning new techniques and best practices to provide high-quality work.
