We recently completed a front yard renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the work done by Luis, Seth, Maiden, and their team! From start to finish, they were professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly patient with our feedback (and we’re very particular!). The project included fencing, decking, concrete work, custom woodwork, and even painting our house. Everything turned out beautifully.
Luis, the project manager, was fantastic—personable, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly despite our traveling delays. Seth and Maiden were honest and stuck to their word on the sales side. The vendors and subcontractors they worked with were also great—professional and friendly throughout the process.
We’ve been getting compliments from neighbors daily about how amazing our home looks now! It’s truly a transformation, and we’re thrilled with the outcome. If you’re considering a team for an outdoor project, we highly recommend giving them a shot. They exceeded our expectations and we love the results!
Included here is one before and several after pictures including the deck they built.

Sunny and the Designs 4 You crew went above and beyond while building us a retaining wall. They patiently answered all of our questions, and were nothing but professional and kind. Once the work was started, everyone involved worked diligently to finish the retaining wall. The end result, as you’ll see in the photos, was an amazing retaining wall, and a wonderful experience. I will not use any other company for home renovations.
Details: Complete renovation of current landscape (e.g. replace soil, hardscape services) • Retaining wall • Back yard • No, one-time project • Home

We weren’t sure what to do with our front yard and Jonathan came up with a beautiful plan and we are very happy with the end result. Several of our neighbors have stopped to tell us how nice our front yard looks. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team!

I just purchased my home one year ago and I was definitely sure that I need to redesign my front yard landscaping. I waited for quite sometime and started looking for some good contractors then I found designs 4 you through Thumbtack app and being contacted by Jonathan immediately. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful going through all the HOA hassles and finally we got approval to start the project. I could not be more happier how my front yard looks now and it was previously. The only thing I was expecting was little more attention to details from the team and more efficiency. Overall Jonathan and his army did a great job finishing the project in quick time as soon we got approval from HOA and I am quite happy with outcome of the project.
Details: Smaller changes in current landscape (e.g. plant flowers, trim shrubs) • Plant trees or shrubs • Lay grass or sod • Retaining wall • Front yard • No, one-time project • Home
