- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First and foremost, we prioritize the quality and safety of every installation. Based on that, I offer the best price on the market. We do not compare our quality with the rates of providers who are not professionals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that when a customer is not familiar with our experience, they often focus on price. That’s why we offer 50% off the first service, so they can see that the quality of our work is far more important than a low price. Cheap service usually means low quality. We deliver quality first and then consider price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My career began in 1996, when I became certified as an industrial electrician. Since then, I have continuously taken advanced training courses in related areas such as data cabling, infrastructure, and security systems. The professionals who occasionally work with me are carefully screened, supervised, and evaluated on every job. They also receive ongoing training to ensure consistent quality and safety.
