Carlos and his helper were very professional and punctual.
We recently purchased an older home and the tile and grout were filthy.
Carlos and crew worked all day, soaking the worst areas and then scrubbing and cleaning repeatedly!
The tile and the grout look brand new!!
The carpet company manager even texted me that the tile looks great! He saw it the day before.
I highly recommend Natural Stone Services! You will be thrilled you chose them!

Carlos exceeded my (high) expectations on every dimension. His professionalism--exemplified by punctuality, good communications, strong follow-through, and most importantly pride in his work--is exceptional. He cleaned and sealed my off white grout (that had become dark gray) beautifully/good as new. The project was also definitely price right. I highly recommend this company and Carlos in particular.

Our travertine tile was about 28 years old and Carlos brought it back to New. We can’t believe how glossy it is and just great looking. I would definitely have him back again.
