What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out to test your grill to make sure everything is in working order as well as look for worn out parts. We will inform you of any needed repairs or recommendations to replace worn parts. We will then begin cleaning your grill while you decide how you would like to proceed with repairs or parts replacements. All repair type work is quoted separately from cleaning.
