Amazing experience. There is no corner cutting here. Explained the problem in details, recommended the solution, all backed up with videos and pictures. After the work on the gutters was done, he went and tested it with a buck load of water to make sure it is fixed. In addition, he inspected the roof and pointed out that it's in a good condition, with remarks about some points that they are as they are supposed to be, so I don't fall for other companies if they claim that's the problem. Honest, hard working and transparent guy, 10/10.
