- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to interested parties immediately by Thumbtack message, text and/or phone call - normally within 30 minutes! Should we be selected to perform the work, we schedule at their earliest convenience. We then text an appointment reminder the day prior. Project fulfillment is managed by the owner to ensure top notch quality and communication that exceeds our client’s expectations. We are in the process of obtaining a contractors license and are limited by statute to a threshold for labor a materials.
