Finding a reliable contractor can be such a headache, so working with Zach and the team at VetWorx was a breath of fresh air. While other companies took an entire day just to return my call, Zach had already gotten back to me, communicated clearly, and set up an appointment. When he came out for the inspection, he took the time to really listen to what I needed. He did a super thorough job up on the roof and came back down with pictures, walking me through exactly what needed to be fixed, how he'd do it, and why. On top of the fantastic communication, his pricing was more than fair for the amount of detail and care he put into the proposal.

The actual work was just as impressive as the initial quote. The crew showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and handled our tile maintenance and roof repair flawlessly. They even managed to match my roof tiles perfectly, and when they finished, they cleaned up so well you’d never even know they were there. As a local, family-owned business, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. VetWorx is officially my go-to roofing company, and I’ll be recommending Zach to anyone who needs roof work done!

Responded almost immediately. Showed up to estimate the job on time. Inspected and assessed the issues, and gave me a thorough, fair estimate, which I've accepted. Gutter work will begin after my housepainter is finished. Nice people.
