Alex was extremely professional and honest. He walked in, assessed the space right away, noticed the attic access, and immediately explained that the job would be straightforward. He then checked where the outlet would be installed and pointed out that we already had an existing 240V outlet, meaning no additional work was needed. He tested it to confirm everything was all set. What stood out most was his honesty. While others tried to make the job sound complicated and quoted unnecessary work using technical language, Alex was clear, straightforward, and transparent. He was the only one who told us the truth and didn’t try to sell us work we didn’t need. Highly recommend.
