I sent in a request at 10 PM (not thinking that anyone would get it until the next business day). To my surprise he answered right away. I told Alex that I needed a fan installed, but that it hadn't come in yet. Fast forward to today (Sunday). I got home from a trip to LA at 2:30, saw my fan had been delivered, and texted Alex to see what his availability was. I was surprised when he said that he could come at 6 PM today. I took him up on his offer. He came out, was polite and professional, and did a great job with the fan. I realize that this is a competitive business, but answering in the middle of the night and then running over on a couple hours notice is going above and beyond. I'll definitely be using Alex again!
