Alex responded within 5 minutes after I posted the project. He was straightforward, easy to talk to, and even gave recommendations on what replacement unit to buy. He gave upfront pricing and other possible expenses that may arise once demo was done. On day of install, he gave me an update of his ETA which was well appreciated. Upon arrival, he checked out the site to figure out what he needed to bring in and then went straight to work. He laid out a blanket to catch and contain debris to make clean up easier. Whole job took about 2 hours which included removal of old bathroom exhaust, figure out electrical, cutout of drywall for new exhaust fan, and of course, installation thereof. Cutout was precise and clean. When he was done, made sure to clean up though I told him he didn’t need to. He showed me how the new fan works (which switch controls what) and how to remove the grille for when I want to clean the inside. He did an excellent job and was very professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire him again if ever future projects arise! You should too!

I had an excellent experience working with Alex, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of his work. Alex handled a wide range of tasks for me, including installing 6 ceiling fans, 4 bathroom outlets, 3 chandeliers, assembling outdoor furniture, and setting up gym equipment (treadmill and a full-body workout cage). Every single job was done perfectly, with great attention to detail. He is quick, efficient, and highly skilled, and it clearly shows in his work. What really stood out to me is his accountability and sense of responsibility. For example, after one of the bathroom outlets was installed, I noticed that some other lights were flickering. The moment I brought it to his attention, Alex came back right away, diagnosed the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. That level of ownership is rare and very reassuring. On top of his excellent work, Alex is extremely fair with pricing. He is not greedy at all, and his charges are very reasonable. After seeing both the quality of his work and the price he charged, I truly realized how over-inflated and bloated other quotes I had received were. His pricing is honest and transparent. Alex is also very friendly, always smiling, and has a charming personality, which makes working with him a pleasant experience overall. He is definitely going to be my go-to person for any electrical or handyman work going forward. I’ve already referred him to my friends, and I will continue to do so without hesitation.
