What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed diagnostic to identify the root cause of the issue. After that, we explain the problem, provide an upfront quote, and answer all questions.
Once approved, we complete the repair the same day when possible. After the job, we run full system tests and provide warranty coverage
