- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the end of your project I’ll check in with you to make sure you’re happy. If we ran into an issue and took longer than expected we can talk about getting you a discount. I want to earn your trust and satisfaction with my service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll bring you wine, flowers and.. oops wrong app. Jokes aside, we’ll chat about your project either by text or call, I’ll give you an estimate and get you booked on my calendar!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree from UC Berkeley.
