I have over 10 years experience in the construction industry including both commercial and residential projects. I have recently moved from Chicago to San Diego and am excited to start helping out my new community. Conor was able to come on short notice and refinished our front door and fix the alignment so our smart lock would work again. He also went out and go the right stain for us and worked on a very hot day! He cleaned up after himself and did great work. We will be hiring him again for another project!

Extremely responsive with all questions I had regarding the timeline, subcontractor comments and work order changes. Very knowledgeable about all facets on construction including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, framing, roofing/siding, windows/doors, gas, flooring and finishes. Was able to handle the remodel of an old building with several units of different layouts and very old infrastructure.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a straight hourly rate for labor, plus the cost of materials for which I will supply receipts. For larger projects, a deposit may be required to get started and to purchase materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I prefer to meet and review the project in person on site. I can then determine the conditions, discuss and agree on clear expectations for timeline, budget, and final product. For larger jobs, it may be preferable to meet prior to beginning work to allow time for me to gather the proper tools, materials, and develop a plan for efficient work flow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in Engineering from University of Illinois. I have OSHA Safety and LEED certifications. I have over 10 years experience in the construction industry from a general contracting background.
