Introduction: I have over 10 years experience in the construction industry including both commercial and residential projects. I have recently moved from Chicago to San Diego and am excited to start helping out my new community. Acting as a superintendent and project manager, I have the ability to understand the larger picture of a build or renovation, the overall goals, and how each individual task may tie in or interact with other areas of the project. As the project leader, I am a very effective communicator. Dealing directly with clients, I will always take my time to understand the specific requirements of the job, and the desired finished product from both a functional and aesthetic standpoint, and most importantly to set clear expectations. Equally important is to maintain communication with the client on progress and to follow-up to ensure the finished product is more than satisfactory. I focus on quality of work, and making the experience easy, stress-free, and enjoyable for the customer.
